Additional Services
- A studio corner to take photos of your guests can be arranged for R800 for the evening.
- Beauty retouching (air-brushing) at R300/hour.
- Additional copies of DVD Media (Video/Photo) with personalised case charged at R40 each.
- Additional copies of Blu-ray Media (Video/Photo) with personalised case charged at R100/disc.
- Raw HD video footage available at R100/23GB data with HD Upgrade package.
General Information & T&Cs
General Information:
- All packages inclusive of up to 100 km travel (round-trip), thereafter a standard AA rate will apply.
- For long distance travel (exceeding 500km round-trip), a per kilometre travel rate can be negotiated.
- For long distance travel (exceeding 500km round-trip), accommodation fees and tollgate fees will apply.
- All packages include a set amount of hours, additional hours will be charged at a rate of R500/hour.
- Custom packages can be arranged.
- Prices subject to change.
Terms & Conditions:
- Bookings confirmed once 50% non-refundable* booking fee is paid and the Contract is signed.
- *A 5 day cooling off period is applicable after booking confirmation.
- Remaining balance due when photos/albums/media are received and accepted.
- Photography schedule document to be finalised no later than 3 weeks prior to wedding date.
- All editing work is done on a first-come, first-serve basis. An urgent editing fee will be charged for exceptions.
- Bookings made 13 months or more prior to wedding date may incur a 10-15% surcharge on listed prices.
- No cheques accepted.
